All sales are final. However, we offer to exchange an item if the order is faulty, or if the product has a defect or problem.  

Exchanges can only be done 10 days after delivery, please contact us within 5 days. For exchanges due to a wrong order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been misused. 

All SPECIAL ORDERS/PERSONALIZED items are final sale and will not be refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non refundable.
